Supplier Code of Conduct
Quortis Group Aviation expects suppliers, distributors, service providers and other external parties to conduct business lawfully, professionally and with appropriate aviation-quality discipline.
Supplier Expectations
- comply with applicable laws, regulations, export controls, sanctions requirements and contractual obligations
- not knowingly provide counterfeit, falsified, stolen, misrepresented, unsafe, unapproved or otherwise unacceptable goods
- support product identity, source credibility, release status, condition and traceability through appropriate documentation where applicable
- promptly notify Quortis Group Aviation of actual or suspected nonconforming, counterfeit or unacceptable material
- not engage in bribery, improper inducements, concealed commissions or misleading commercial conduct
- protect confidential commercial, technical and client information
- accept that Quortis Group Aviation may reject, suspend or terminate supplier relationships where standards are not met
