Code of Ethics

Quortis Group Aviation is committed to conducting business with integrity, professionalism and accountability. This Code of Ethics sets out the standards that guide how we deal with clients, suppliers, advisers, service providers and other counterparties.

  • Integrity – act honestly and do not knowingly mislead clients, suppliers or other parties.
  • Professionalism – conduct business with the standard expected in business aviation.
  • Competence – do not overstate approvals, certifications, operational scale or support coverage.
  • Licensed Aircraft Engineering Expertise – the business is built around licensed aircraft engineering expertise and international business-jet exposure.
  • Documentation and Traceability – supporting documentation, source history, condition and authenticity matter.
  • Anti-Bribery – bribery, kickbacks, improper inducements and concealed commissions are not supported.
  • Confidentiality – business, technical, supplier and client information should be handled with care.
  • Right to Decline – work may be declined where requirements, documentation, conduct or risk profile do not align with standards.
