Quortis Group Aviation is focused on civil aviation only. Our website, services and business positioning are intended for civil aircraft support, including parts sourcing, maintenance-focused technical consultancy, aircraft acquisition support, aircraft sales support, tooling, test equipment, consumables and rotables support.
Regulatory Reference Approach
Quortis Group Aviation uses FAA, EASA and Transport Canada / TCCA guidance as reference points when considering aviation parts, spares, tooling, test equipment, technical consultancy, aircraft acquisition support and related business-jet support activity.
Website content is general in nature and does not replace approved maintenance data, OEM instructions, operator procedures, applicable regulations or the judgement of the appropriately authorised person responsible for installation, certification or release to service.
Quortis Group Aviation does not certify parts for installation, approve aircraft for return to service or replace the role of the responsible maintenance organisation, operator, installer or certifying staff.
Traceability and Documentation
We recognise the importance of eligibility, quality, traceability and documentation in civil aviation support. Where applicable, Quortis Group Aviation aims to approach sourcing and support activity with attention to documentation, source credibility, records awareness and practical risk control.
Counterfeit and Suspected Unapproved Parts Awareness
Quortis Group Aviation takes a risk-aware approach to product authenticity and suspected unapproved parts. We reserve the right to decline enquiries, suppliers or transactions where origin, documentation, condition, traceability or product acceptability gives rise to concern.
Sanctions and Lawful Trade
Quortis Group Aviation reserves the right to decline any enquiry, transaction or relationship that creates unacceptable sanctions, export-control, legal, ethical or commercial risk.
No Client Funds / No Paymaster Role
Quortis Group Aviation does not hold client principal funds and does not act as a paymaster or escrow service. Any formal commercial transactions, fees or support arrangements are handled separately and subject to agreed terms.
