Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale

Quortis Group Aviation Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to business-to-business sales of goods, including aircraft parts, components, tooling, selected test equipment, materials, documentation and related items supplied by Quortis Group Ltd trading as Quortis Group Aviation, unless Quortis expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

These terms may be incorporated into quotations, pro forma invoices, order acknowledgements, accepted orders and related sales documents. Quotation-specific terms may take precedence where they expressly conflict with the Standard Terms.
