RFQ & Documentation Guide

Clear information helps Quortis Group Aviation review your requirement more effectively. This guide explains what to include when submitting a parts RFQ, technical enquiry or acquisition support request.

Parts RFQ Information

  • aircraft type
  • aircraft registration / tail number
  • part number
  • part description
  • quantity
  • required condition
  • required documentation
  • required date
  • AOG status
  • TSN if applicable
  • CSN if applicable
  • Back-to-Birth Trace requirement
  • delivery location
  • supporting photos or documents

AOG status helps us understand urgency. It does not create a guaranteed response time or 24/7 service obligation.

TSN means Time Since New. CSN means Cycles Since New. These may be important for life-controlled, serialised or traceability-sensitive components.

For technical enquiries, include aircraft type, registration/serial number where relevant, nature of the requirement, available records, timing/urgency and current maintenance or operational context. For acquisition support, include aircraft type/model, registration or serial number if available, acquisition stage, available records, key concerns and required support type.
